Challange
A 240-member club with real momentum was running on a platform that couldn't keep up with it.
The Wheelmen's old site ran on dated, hard-to-maintain software with no meaningful SEO structure and no analytics to show the board what was actually working. For a club that hosts a dozen rides a week and draws hundreds of members, the site wasn't reflecting the size or activity of the community behind it.

Goal
Give the board a faster, better-performing site — and the visibility and control to run it themselves.
The brief was straightforward: a modern site that captures real SEO value and analytics, built on a platform easy enough for volunteer board members to update without needing a developer every time a ride or event changes.

Solution
A full rebuild on Framer — fast, SEO-structured, and built for a volunteer board to run.
We redesigned the site from the ground up: a clear membership and ride-calendar structure, a real content section for club news and safety guides, and a platform the officers can edit directly — no CMS training required. The result gives the club analytics and search visibility it never had, on infrastructure built to scale with it.
