Challange

Households were overpaying on recurring bills, with no easy way to compare, track, or renegotiate them.

The average household spends a large share of its income on recurring bills that quietly increase over time. Existing comparison tools were fragmented, slow, and often led to spam — leaving users with no trusted, centralized way to shop their rates.

Goal

Build a platform people would trust with their most sensitive recurring costs — and keep trusting, year after year.

The aim was real-time comparison paired with automatic reshopping at renewal, so users save money without lifting a finger — all without the spam and third-party noise that made competitors feel untrustworthy.

Solution

A streamlined quote flow and a scalable design system built to grow across seven product lines.

We rebuilt the auto insurance flow to reduce drop-off — shorter screens, clearer completion states, less cognitive load per step. That flow became the model for a broader design system built to stay consistent as Squeeze expanded into home, life, boat, and more.
